Did you watch "Lassie" growing up?

i did, and for some reason the only episode I can ever recall is the one where they got rid of the ice box, for a new refrigerator and Lassie wouldn't eat her food out of the refrigerator b/c she didn't like it. remember that one?

Yes, I did too. I cant remember how old I was but I did watch the show in Japan.

Hi Jellen. Oh!! I get sooo ticked-off when it takes ten minutes for the responses to send; then you have to start all over again. Anyway.... I do remember the old Lassie shows. I remember the ones that were black and white; the ones with (I think) June Lockhart, Gramps, Jeff and Porky. I think that name today would be politically incorrect! lol They were wonderful programs back then, full of family values, with no violence.

Yes, I did watch lassie and enjoyed it. There was a time when we had one of the cable channels that played old shows and I got to see some of the re-runs. They certainly do not make TV like that anymore.

Yes, I watched the Lassie television series when I was a kid. I can remember that it was on Sunday at 6:00pm, and every week, at the end of the show when they played the theme song and Lassie would hold up his paw, I would cry. Now that I'm grown up, I still love to watch an old Lassie movie. They are the best movies ever... especially on a snowy, lazy Saturday afternoon.
