When you got married and have children, did you know that you are going to shoulder a heavy responsibility as a married person? what was your expectation from your spouse? Did you expect your spouse to know all the housework, caring for a baby, a good cook, a reliable provider? Were you dissapointed when they were not what you have expected?

In my case I am blessed by God to have the ideal wife of my imagination. I did know at the time of our marriage that she was capable of managing the house. Together we have built up our family to a formidable status from low standards. We have encountered and endured a lot of suffering mainly in the financial front but sailed cautiously and now we are in a solvent possition.
Thank you ellie.

Actually it is the best thing because the responsibility is shared. What each does best can relieve the other of that problem. If you work together plan together and make a commitment to family and each other you can have the best of the world in your marriage.

My wife has performed so well, more than my expectations. I love her forever for that.

I didn't really know what to expect when we got married as I thought it would pretty much be the same as when we were dating. I did expect him to help me out with household chores, cooking and such which he did before my son was born. Since then I have had to take on full responsibility of taking care of my son as well as doing all the household chores and cooking dinner every night. He works very hard to provide for our family,to make sure we have a roof over our heads, have plenty of food on the table/cupboards and provide for our needs. I know he does try hard but it would be nice to have him help out now and then.
