Yes, of course, and as it comes back faster than you think, not just once. Some years ago, I became tired of this game and decided to not to put on weight, nevermore. And it worked. Now I'm sufficiently slim and can make a very fast run, 3 to 5 floors upstairs, once or twice a day. Great!
