I would LOVE to know the secret of loosing weight. I still have all the baby weight I gained from my pregnancy and now that my son's turning 9 months I still haven't gotten back to my pre-pregnancy body. such a pity for me! I've heard the "Secret" was to exercise and eat healthy. you don't necessarily have to stop eating your favourite foods, you just have to cut down some portions of it. I'm weak with the whole controlling thing though. when I see food, I eat lol. I'm gonna try this weight loss pill soon though. It's called Slim-30 you should check it out :)

One of my very overweight friends thought that eating differently will make him lose weight. It doesn't. Eating differently will help losing weight, but if you don't exercise, it won't help. Remember to exercise if you want to lose weight.

The secret is... there is no secret. You just have to eat right and exercise. I know we have all heard about iy before but if you really practice good exercise and eating habits, weight just has a wway of falling off.

Loosing weight is no secret, not putting on again, is much more difficult. There are so many methods, more or less painful, but I think that some kind of 'discipline' is the most important ingredient. Also, those methods which force you to deprive yourself of all those tasty things you love, or methods whith need a lot of special shopping, preparations, and cannot be shared with the family, are given up very quickly. Eating is part of life and should give pleasure, a few pounds more or less. Now, if your health is implied, you must follow your doctor's indications, of course. But if your the lucky owner of a healthy stomach and just want to put on those cream colord stretch jeans, then don't plan to loose weight but to change your form of eating to a better one. There is a lot of literature about, and people have a very different metabolism, so I don't recommand anything, but tell you what worked for me. 1) I really do eat less than before. My body got adapted to minor quantities of food, and as I'm still well nourished, I see that before I really consumed too much. The first days this needs a bit of control, buth then it will turn normal for you. 2) I go on eating what I like most. Only what I like most. Now, if there are children in your household, this isn't a very good model, but when they already grown up, they'll understand. So eating less, and just the things I really like, my meals are naturally small but very fine and I never have an unanswered craving. 3) I avoid some inecessary calories, for instance: sodas -if you like them take the diet ones-, an excess of snacks between meals, or too much fat combined with too many carbohydrates. So I wish a happy try of whatever diet or method you choose, according to your personal condition, but remember: the magic word is "discipline". Good luck!
