So whats for dinner tonight? Or did you guys already eat? I know some people did because its already night time for them. Im having a meatloaf which I havent made in a while. Now what can I have with it? Hmmmm I know some kind of a veggie and rice or something with pasta? And definetly no dessert. Im just not in the mood to make you anything.LOL And dont be late.

I had leftover lasagna from last nights dinner. It's one of those things that the whole thing comes in a box and you just put it together and cook it. I can't remember the brand. But they're good even as leftovers and I hate most leftovers!

I wish I could remember what the Brand was called! It's in a red box and it's not Betty Crocker. So whatever the other brand is, that's the brand! ha ha. They're pretty cool. I'm real picky about vegetables and things and I'm allergic to mushrooms so the Lasagna is about the only type I've found that's plain enough for me to like it. I'd recommend them though, definitely!

Darn I knew I should have waited to eat dinner. But mine was just as good. Steak, scallop potatoes, and salad. Yum!!!! Next time give me more notice. lol!!!! Well it sounds delicious and wish I was there to enjoy it also.

I think im going to make Raman Noodles for my kiddies. I usally dont eat until my husband gets home frm work. BUt my kids love those noodles and they are quick and easy to make.

This what I do to my meatloaf.Everyone loves this.I put a layer of meat on the bottom and on the sides of my meatloaf pan.Then I stuff with mashed potatoes.Then the layer ontop.Mack sure to pinch the beef closed so the potatoes don't don't leak out.I now I about 20 hours too late for dinner,but you can try this next time.I also sometimes stuff with whole hard boiled eggs.This looks really nice when you slice it.

Last night was london broil with rice and corn. Tonight will be Braciole- with potatoes (mom made it and sent it over) you are more then welcome to join us- then afterwards we can take a spin in the hot tub if it doesn't rain.
