I have been keeping track of my bp online with www.bloodr.com (could be others out there too but this one seems cool to me). Find it very motivating and definitley recommend it to anyone who home monitors. i'm trying to loose lots of weight so its weight track is really helpig with that too. does anyone else home monitor?

Hummm, I've never try that one. But I did buy a handy small high blood pressure tools that you can simply carry it anywhere in your bag. It's quite small, automatic and all you have to do just wrap it on your hand pulse and within second it will be able to tell your blood pressure.

i have an upper arm reader. the www.bloodr.com software is perfect for you as you can keep a track on all of the readings you take with your wrist monitor. if you do regularly see your doctor reckon they will love the printouts.
