Moneybookers easy to hack?

My friend has signed up on moneybookers just few days ago and yesterday she received an email informing her that she changed her password. She was surprised as she did not change her password. She logged on using the password she submitted but she could not open her account. So she used the lost password option and she submitted again the former password she used after which she was able to log on which proves that her password was really changed. It's good that there's no fund yet in her moneybookers account but if there was, the person who did that was surely able to withdraw the funds. I notice that what is required by mylot is moneybookers email address unlike e-gold where we used the account number. If we just use here our email address, it's very easy for others to open our accounts unlike for e-gold where we used the account number. Am I wrong in understanding that mylot requires only the email address in order to transmit our earnings to moneybookers? That's what I placed and so with my friend. Pls tell me if you also put your email address in the space provided in the payment information. Thanks a lot.
