Social networking...good or bad?

Compy... - What probably 75% of us are on for a portion of the day.

Social networking (myspace, facebook, etc.) has obviously made the world a smaller place. We get to "meet" all kinds of people quickly and effortlessly, but does this weaken our "face to face" people skills? Are we losing sight of our good, old-fashioned person-to-person, social skills?

its a good way of socializing through the net because some people develop through the net. And it is rreal easy if you talk to somebody through the net, like you dont have to be pesimistic if you cant say what you want to somebody . . :) through the net you could practically say what you want to the perso :)so its real good.

That's true. I've met a lot of people (even some that live near me), that I wouldn't have come across otherwise.
