How do add photos to your mylot account?

I have recently discovered alot of users with their own photos in their little user boxes, you know where the little green and white guy was before, how do you do that? I'm sure someone knows, Can someone help me out here i'm a mylot newbie in distress!

The photos are wonderful because you get paid for people looking at them. Also, the photos help people be more interested in the stuff you post. However, as newbies we can't post any photos until we have 500 for our score thing beside our name. It will be awhile before I'm able to post any photos.
