Do you log in to your mail while you are in myLot?

It is normal for me, everytime I am here in myLot I log in to my mail so that I will be notified for new topics and new responses. What about you fellow mylotters?

First I log in to my email. Check for mylot discussion and responses. Then I keep open my mail and log in to mylot and often check the mail for new discussion or responses.

I use gmail with mylot labelled messages and filtered to the label to easily recognise them and Firefox browser for tabbed browsing which is fast too.

hi jalbeos, i always do that. i just have to have mylot, gmail, orkut, YM logged in simultaneously. i really do it. it feels that i am connedted to my friends all the time. have a nice day.

Yeah, I agree with you... Most of my contacts are at gmail, so, I keep my gmail logged, chikka Messenger and YM too! Thanks for sharing.

I have tabbed browser, so I am constantly going from tab to tab, email, mylot and other sites.

I really enjoy tabbed browsing too. Usually, I use Firefox but, I am using the latest version of IE right now. I just want to explore the new features at IE. Thanks for your response.

I am thinking about a "new response notifier" here in mylot. I log in to my mail first then I go visit mylot, this is normal for me. Thanks for your response.

Yes, I log in to my yahoo mail and check discussions and responses and then move into mylot either from a discussion or a response that has been started that is in my e-mail, or just open up my lot seperately. I like to respond to these discussions first. Then do what I want in My Lot from there.

I don't have the newest version of IE downloaded. So I don't have tab browsing per say. I have more than one page open at a time that is tabbed in my tool bar.

most of the time, i prefer to be logged in to my Yahoo Messenger than my email. in Yahoo messenger, you get instant notifications when you receive a new response or a new comment. no need to check your email anymore. quicker for me.. anne

Yup. I always log on to my mail and myLot everytime I use my computer.
