This is the most affordable way to wat seafood ona regular basis that I have come up with and it is delicious, pollock tastes very much like haddock but it available for as little as $2.50/lb in frozen fillets. Baked Northern Pollock (for 2, double recipie for more servings) Thaw fish. Make bread crumbs with 1 slice of bread in blender, add a dash of pepper and about a tsp of whatever spice, (I use basil or summer savoury), and a about 1/5 cup melted butter or margarine. Mix this us to make the dressing. Grease a small pan (I use a loaf pan) with a bit of margarine, put one fillet in the bottom of the pan, put the dressing on top of that and put another fillet on to of the dressing, dot the top fillet with butter or margarine, coer the pan with tim foil and back at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes (until fish flakes when poked at with a fork). Yummy.
