Unconscious eating?

Morning time is my diet danger zone. And ultimately, no matter how hard I try to resist, I end up eating foods that aren't really good for me. This morning I finally came up with a name for my condition. Unconscious eating! No, not subconscious eating. If my brain had anything to do with the act, then it would know better and stop me. I'm talking about the kind of eating that can undo an entire month of dieting. This morning, I was inches away from consuming a fudge brownie, that I found stashed up in the cabinet. At the last minute, I found some left-over pork chop in the refrigerator and ate that instead. Although, I'm a little bummed out that I didn't go for the fudge, I know that my thighs will thank me! So, what's your diet danger zone? Are you most vulnerable to diet temptation during the morning, afternoon or evening? Please share.

I understand what you mean. Sometimes I just eat without really thinking about it and I have many a time ruined my diets. It's difficult to resist temptation sometimes. In order to stop you may just need to tell yourself that you will eat the good stuff, fruits and graines. You know what is really good in the morning? Cereal with fruit and a little honey. Eat this in the morning it will keep you energized for at least 4 hours. If you can start getting used to that, you'll be better off.
