Addiction to computers

How many people are addicted? If it weren't for my mom nagging me , I'd be on the comp 20/7 . And I don't have do stuff...sometimes I just go back and forth between the same sites with no changes and I still would rather be on the computer than do anything else.

What is your age? What are you addicted to? If you are under 18 just leave mylot alone. If you are above 18 and you are addicted to computer 20/7 you need to amend yourself. Or are you making money when you are in your computer? Take care of your eyes.

I'm 18, and I'm addicted to text based rpgs. And believe me mylot is not the source of my addiction since I only joined recently. and yes, I do make money online translating and whatnot.

There are thousands of people addicted,but I am not concluded.I utilize the computers more as a tool for learning and communicating.I'm enjoying my simple life. And it's really nice to meet you ! I'm love'in Mylot!! My English name is Monica, and I am Chinese. :)

I used to be addicted to being in front of a computer for long time, especially when I was young. (Of course we are talking pre-internet here, but around the time of FidoNet and ArpaNet) Did a lot of coding, gaming, BBSing and even some chatting on the old multi-line BBSs. Then I discovered women dug smart guys who also did sports-- played some basketball, etc.... These days, I feed my addiction by working in IT, and having some fun with these wonderful machines. But when the fiance' comes home, if she's not up for a multi-player game--- well lets just say she's more addictive than any machine.
