Congrats on trying to conceive! Without really knowing what you are currently doing, I will just send out some suggestions. First of all, make sure you are eating 5-7 smaller meals per day. This helps aid your metabolism and helps you to burn calories all day. When choosing foods, make sure to pick a protein (beef, chicken, eggs, etc) and carbs (try to eat fibrous veggies) and healthy fats, such as olive oils, natural peanut butter, etc. Drink lots of water throughout the day and if you do feel the need for something sweet, drink green tea or a diet soda is ok once in a while. You need to add strength training 3x per week. I have some great bodyweight circuits posted on my blog: http://www.womensdietandfitness.com/WDF and also if you sign up for my newsletter, you will receive a free bodyweight workout which you can with little to no equipment and right at home. You also want to add cardio or intervals at least 2-3x per week. This could be something as simple as walking for one minute at easy pace and then speed walking for 30 seconds and then repeating up to 15-20 minutes!
