I am going to be an aunt

I sent a text message to my sister last night as it was our brother's birthday, asking if she could pass it on to our mother as I lost her phone number when I changed phones. She sent back our mum's number, so I sent her a thanks for that, and when am I going to get some nieces or nephews? She replied with the fact that Jasmine is due in October. This will be the first time I have been an aunt through a relative of mine, rather than through my husband. I think it will be so cool, and she will be a fantastic mum. I am so excited about this.

She will live in Queensland, and I am in Tasmania, so it will be difficult. However, I will try my best lol.

Congrats!! I only have one niece at the moment and I LOVE being her aunt she is a mini me and i just adore her as if she was one of my own when i talk about my kids i always include her and now her mother (my sister) is pregnant with twins so i get to continue on being a new aunt its GREAT!

Congratulations! It is great to be an aunt. My brother and his wife gave me my first niece just under a year ago. She's so precioius that I have started having to be nicer to him, I didn't know he could make anything that perfect!

Congratulation that you are going to be a aunt. It is great that you are going to be close to the family. You need to keep a more better communication for your family. At least your sister is nice to give you moms number so that you can talk to her. Because family is very important. I know the meaning. I did not have my mom growing up and now I have a close bond with mine. I like the name Jasmine. It is a pretty name. I hope you spoiled ur niece or nephew.

thats great. Yes haveing nieces and nephews are great. I became a anut again few wekks ago. But havnet got to see them yet.
