what is an ideal wife?

Can anybody share what are the generally essential qualities of a wife? Maybe there are a lot of characteristics. If it will be in the order of priority, what would be the most essential? Submissive? caring, loving, sweet? attentive to children? family oriented? encourager? any thoughts???
