why the government is so unfair when it comes to "special treatment" for actress/higher level/president and so on... does this mean MONEY IS POWER?????

That's exactly what that means! And when you are high profile celebrities, people tend to treat you a lot different. Even law enforcement. I just think all of these famous people need to have the same consequences everyone else has, no more, no less.
