I think I have restless leg syndrome. Do you have it as diagnosed by a doctor? Can you describe the sensations you have or some of your symptoms?

There is so many medical ailments that I am still ignorant about. I have never heard of this. Is it something to do with a shaky leg or uncontrollable nerve in the leg that makes the leg ache?

It effects everyone a little bit differently. I think one of the most common is the feeling that there is something creeping on your leg. Very common also to just constantly feel the need to move you leg and often feel that it will only help if you get up and walk on it. I think it is nerve related but I don't know for sure. I really need to see a doctor and get my questions answered.

I dont think I have that but lately my legs have been hurting me really bad. I think its just because Im getting older. It could be a touch of arthitis I think.

I am sorry to hear this if you are having the symptoms, I have this and take meds for it at times, not like I should. but your legs will tinggle, and sometimes they will feel like you are being poked with a needle or something crawling on you or itch all the time. Sometimes you legs will just ache. I have found that if you rub your legs at night before you go to bed with lotion and message them it kind of helps with it. And if maybe soke them in Epsion salt that will also help with the aching part. Good luck and I hope that this help you some.

I think you've been watching the same commercials as me - I think I have it too but haven't been to a doctor about it, I just live with it but it is very annoying.

I am 99% sure my husband has that but he would never see a doctor for it. When he is tired, especially over tired, and is falling asleep, his legs kick all around and it can go on for hours. It wakes me up, or keeps me from falling asleep and when I scold him about it he says it feels like a crawling sensation.

I have not been diagnosed by a doctor, but I am convinced I have it also. I have the uncontrolled leg movements, where in you can't sit still you constantly need to keep moving your legs, especially at night. Here is a link I went to for the symptons, I am going to have a doctor look at it for me, when it gets to the point I can't take it anymore, now it just bothers me when I go out in the evenings. http://www.medicinenet.com/restless_leg_syndrome/article.htm

A friend of mine has it and same as you, she just thinks she has it and has never been actually diagnosed by a doctor. She describes hers as just a feeling she has that she needs to move her legs. She said it happens mainly at nighttime, when she's tired and when she sits in one place for a long time just as driving. I had her over one evening to watch a one hour TV show and I noticed that her legs were really going! She doesn't take any medication for it yet though.

My husband isn't diagnosed with it, but he has it. He gets some feeling in his leg that keeps him from sleeping, its a tingleing sort of feeling he says. Literally his foot will twitch and he isn't doing it, it gets really band sometimes. Its something to do with the leg muscles or something to do with the tendons. They're is a medicine called RLS that your doctor can prescribe to you to stop this, we've not tried it yet. We might end up doing it soon though, because it seems to be happening more often now.

I really don't want to take medicine for it. Does your husband feel the same way?

Im not really sure but if someone posts a symptom we might get what this syndrome really is, I myself cant stop walking when I am at work, If im not busy with paper work I keep on walking and walking and visiting my workmate's stations. Is this restless feet? or do I just have ADH? (attention deficit)
