Is it true if you take a nap at least 3 times/week for an average of 30 minutes, you were 37% less likely to die of heart disease than people who didn't?

Thats some useful information you shared there. Everybody needs rest that's why I think it is some quite true. =)

If you can't take a mid-day naps,just sitting or lying quietly for 5 or 10 minutes sometime during the day.

I heard that taking a nap for 20m a day is good for health. But this heart disease part I do not know. But working people, how can they take a nap? Only on week ends.

Just take a nap about 15 to 30 minutes of your lunch break.Most of people do that, i think!
