How to deal with stress and tensions

I do have done yoga a bit not regularly but mostly I do exercise till I get sweat. Still some times my mental relxation is not up to the expectations. Any suggestions for this.

Try deep breathing with your eyes closed for atleast 10 to 15 mins everyday. This is called Yogic breathing. It relives stress and increases the flow of oxygen into your body. Follow that with a relaxed walk. I suggest you do it in the evenings before dinner....
