Accidental death and legal problems faced by the victims - opinions

some death are due to mere accident but they may get into prison life. Due to think there should be some sort of better enquiers or teams to solve these kinds of tragic incidents to innocents.

well the mere proof that person was in fact driving and hit the person cannot entail conviction under any law.IT IS ALWAYS REQUIRED TO PROVE THE NEGLIGENCE INVOLVED,THAT IS TO SAY THE LANE USED,THE PERMITTED SPEED ,THE POSSESSION OF LICENSE ETC.
