Recipe for Fried Rice...

Infact it is so easy to make fried rice at home. Ingredients: Basmati Rice - 1 cup Onion - 2 medium size cut them into very thin pieces Potato - 2 big peel and dice them Carrot - 1 Large peel and dice Beans - 10 to 12 wash string and cut into 1/2 inch pieces Peas - fresh or frozen 1/2 cup. If it is dried peas soak over nite.2 Green Chillies - 2 Salt to taste Ghee/Cooking Oil or combination of both - 2 Tbspns Soak the Basmati Rice in water for 15 mins. Drain completely. Fry in a dry pan then add ghee/ oil and fry till it tuns little golden in colour. Remove from fire and let it cool. In a hard bottom pan add the ghee and add the green chillies and then saute the onions first, let it turn transparent, now add the vegetables and saute a little. Add 3 cups of water to the vegetables and half of the required salt. Let it boil and let the water get reduced to 3/4th. Now add the rice slowly and mix it well. Cover it with lid and reduce the flame. It will cook well and keep mixing them lightly for it might get settled at the bottom of the pan. Remove from fire when cooked and you could add finely cut pieces of coriander leaves.

I have a heavy recipe.You can try it if you want:- 1)Grind few dry chillies together with garlic,small onions and walnuts. 2)Heat up the wok with little oil and then pour in the grinned chili. 3)Let it simmer.Put in your vegetables like carrot or other of your choice. 4)Let the ingredients and grinned chili simmer till the vegetables absorb the spice. 5)The you put in the rice.Later on you add salt as much as you wished to. That should be able to satisfy you.A vegetarian fried rice is about to be served.Now I am going to make me 1 because I was already craving while typing out the recipe.

If you have left over cooked rice with you , it is easy to make fried rice. Grate or mince gralic, ginger and green chillies as per your taste. chop vegetables like carrots, french beans, cauliflowers, cabbage etc.heat oil in a pan, if it is non stick well and good. add the ginger, garlic and green chillies, saute for a minute till it changes colour, add the veggies (precooked will be better)saute for a minute or two again, add salt and pepper if you like. Mix well and then add rice. Fry till the rice changes colour. Remove and eat
