hello, I'm a Chinese student, today I found a name "Elizabeth II". Could you tell me how to read "II".
could it be "the second" or something else?
and , If it is "Elizabeth I " or "Elizabeth III", then how to read the two names....

It's read as:
-Elizabeth I: Elizabeth "the First"
-Elizabeth II: Elizabeth "the Second"
-Elizabeth III: Elizabeth "the Third"
