I cant sleep with the lights on. I even hate it in the morning when the sun shines in my window thats why I bought curtains with dark color to shield the light thats passing thru my window. Can you sleep with lights on?

Me too, I cant sleep with the lights on , and even sunlight too. My kids even in their young age there are used to sleep with the lights off this is also good for saving electricity.

I'm just like you, I canot sleep with the lights on. It has to be completely dark for me to sleep. My blind in my bedroom are dark green and the curtains. The sunlight wakes me up in the morning, I hate that too.

I can't sleep with the lights on. My room is very dark even during daytime. I really don't like the sun or the lights. When I close my eyes with the lights on. I can still see something. And when the lights are on, I feel like I'm being watched.

A peaceful sleep is what i enjoy. If one is sleepy then one can even sleep on the stones, in INDIA it is usually seen the labourers working on the roadside sleeps on the footh paths after their work.If we are tired enough then it does'nt matter whether the light is on or off. I like to switch off the light when i sleep. I get up early so i come in the living room & pull the curtains aside to say good morning to the sun. But on week ends i just sleep for long hours with my lights off in the room.

I can't sleep with lighs on at all. It used to bother me so much that I would have to cover my digital alarm clock and the tiny light on my VCR, so there was absolutely no light in the room at all, in order for me to fall asleep. I have gotten better and can sleep with my clock in the room now, but now any sound bothers me so I have to wear ear plugs to sleep, so I guess it's always something haha.
