Are carb blockers really a scam? Or, the real thing?

I've seen advertisements online for carb blockers. Some people swear by them. But, I'm not sure if they really work. Sounds like a scam to me. Could carb blockers be a real solution for anyone watching their carb intake? Or, simply one more way for the diet industry to cash in on people desperate to lose weight?

I have not tried carb blockers, but I know I have the same problem. If I eat a lot of potatoes or pasta, I gain. So for us a carb blocker would be wonderful. I have tried a fat blocker or flusher, and that did work (it was in a diet pill) but that was to get me started since diet did not work. You will have to look in the internet to find out more, but I suppose for a temporary start it would help but not for long lasting.

I personally don't believe in any type of pills that are said to make us lose weight and block carbs or any other one of their selling tactics. If they work for some people I think it's great but I would love to know what else they did along with taking them. I can't believe it was the pills alone.
