I've been on a perpetual diet since I was sixteen years old. I've been fat. And, I've been skinny. And through the process I've learned some really great weight loss ideas that really work.
Here are some of my best weight loss tips.
* Get rid of junk foods and soda from your diet. And, stop eating at fast food resteraunts. Junk food only fills the void where real food should be. Most fast food burgers have up to 70 grams of fat. A chocolate milkshake has 900 calories. The body was never intended to handle this type of calorie overload.
* Add more fruits to your daily diet. Most fruits are high in fiber, so you'll always feel full and less prone to give into cravings.
* Find an exercise you love and do it everyday.
* Don't give yourself permission to indulge simply because you've worked out.
* Drink plenty of water. Many food cravings are simply the body's cry for water.
* Go vegetarian. Vegans are notoriously skinny.
* Eat fewer calories than you burn daily and you'll lose weight.
* Just so no, to one more bite. Even one single extra bite of burger can cost you an extra 100 calories. One sip of orange juice can add an 30 calories to your daily total. It all adds up!

I won't it's my diet tips as i practice my healthy regiment is for healthy purposes and certainly it helps in loss weight as well.
Every morning 7am after get up from bed,the very first thing i will do is making vegetable juice (caarot,broccoli,red cabbage and cellary) for detoxification purpose.
An hour later ,about 8.30am is my breakfast time which i will have wheat germs and eggs .At the same time i will never forgot to take my supplement (multivitamine and B-complex).
I bring my lunch to work every day.I hardly ever go out for lunch especialy fast food.I won't say i won't eat fast food and high calories foods in my entire life but i go for moderation.If i think the day that i have consumed to much calories ,then i will do some simple excercise such as yoga or sit up to burn down my excess calories.
For my lunch,mostly i have salad and fish ( meat only 3 times a week ).
Evening come back from work i usualy eat before 7pm.After 7pm i will stop having any foods,because it would cause you gain weight and unhealthy as well.
The most important is each meal i must have my supplement as well,because i wanted to make sure some nutrient that i won't be able obtain from my food would be replace by supplement.
Balance diet is very helpful in healthy way losing weight.Because if you lost weight without concern about the needs of nutrient you might get sick,other side effect of very easy to gaine weight again .
Unbalance diet will cause you to hormone imbalance which will lead to gaine weight or obesity.
