Is Silvia Browne for real? Can she really talk to dead people?

Today I saw a Montel Williams show with a woman named Silvia Browne, who claimed to be able to contact the dead. She seemed very convincing. And, lots of people in the audience believed what she was saying. But, I've never been one to believe that these things are possible. I can see why people would want this to be true. When you lose a loved one, you'll do anything you can to talk to them one more time. Unfortunately, there are con artists that are willing to cash in on these people. Do you believe that Silvia Browne can actually contact the dead? Do you think that she is trying to cash in on the John Edwards (Crossing Over) fame? Or, did he get his ideas from her?
