What Makes the Australian World Champions again and again in the World Cricket?

Their are so many teams in the world Playing Cricket, none of them play consistent accepts the Australia Cricket Team, What Makes them or what quality they have that makes them the Champions of the Game ? why not other contries do so well inspite of having big players in their teams like Lara in WI team, Tendulkar in Indian team, Kallis in SA team and Jayasurya in SL team and so on ?

Australia are world champions for a reason. They have a very good system that keeps producing world clas players as they allwo natural talent to flourish & rectify faults and give finish touches to player. In australia team ethics are strong they may have star studded team but their all round strength be it batting, bowling and exceptional fielding. Other teams have few good palyers they rely on individuals so when they fail these teams also fail which is not the case with aussies. They have such good bench strength, coaching, domestic cricket setup, planning, modern tech. that makes they best in world.
