I don't own a wok, but I would like to, as we do stir frys a lot. The problem with a wok is that they take up storage spce, or maybe it's just that there is litlle cupboard spce keft in my kitchen. Anyway, we use a frying pan. One of the recipes I use is: chicken pieces onion capsicum bok choy fresh coriander Thai sauce. oyster sauce It's delicious.

No I don't use a wok. But I use to have one and I cooked with it alot. I am not sure what happened to it. I may have gave it away one time when I was moving. I still make stir frys but use my cast iron skillet now. It gives my stir frys a nice tatse.

I use mine all the time to do stir fry veggies, fried rice, steam fish, noodles, etc. I find that the food I cook using the wok taste better than the regular pan. Don't know why. It just does!

I bought a wok in Somerfield 3 weeks back and had never cooked or done a stir fry as they are befor in my life. But I cant get enough woking now. I think I get takeaway results and better at home as a non chef... I don't know how to make the sauces so I rely on Sharwards and the supermarket brands of sauces, fresh sprouts but I want to grow some of my wn too now, a lovely ginger flavoured walnut based oil and soy sauce lite and dark oh and typicaly britsh worcester sauce. I'm a dab hand, it's a doddle. Anyway, I LOVE MY STAINLESS STEEL £4.99 SPECIAL OFFER WOK.
