first tell us which mobile u are having then only i can help u ....any way for nokia sony samsung etc u can get the pc sync software from their respective sites .install that and u will have to use a data cable or bluetooth or infra red which ever is available for u mobile .then use the file transfer facility in the pc sync software to download the pic from computer to mobile phone

You should be able to email the picture from your computer to your phone.
