Today CNN told of a situation where a lady died on a hospital floor. Nobody would take care of her. Not the Nurses stand near by or the doctors. This is all on video tape that no one would take care of the women even though the womens family was pleading for them to help. They even called 911 for help but they said you are already at a hospital there is nothing we can do. The women died. I wonder is this considered murder. When people are standing around watching someone throwing up blood but not do anything. Is this first degree or second degree Murder? I don't understand the legal terms; could it be man slaughter?

I think, in a sense, it is murder. The woman obviously needed help. You could tell she was in pain, she was bleeding from the mouth and no one did anything. They just stood around and watched everything happen. When the family called 911 and when a bystander called 911, dispatch didn't want to do anything either, when no one would. That hospital is at fault. Every single trained professional that stood by and watched her writh in pain is responsible for not doing anything. The dispatchers that refused to get anyone else to the scene are also responsible.
