Still Bearing Your Maiden Name After Marriage?

Ladies, what do you think about women who get married and do not change their maiden names to their husband's names? Men, if your wife refuses to change her maiden name, how would you react to that?

I am married and i have change my name form maiden to my husband' surname... At first i was thinking about keeping my maiden name and add my husband's surname but my husband didnt approve of this... But i dont regret it; its just a matter of surname!
