My lipstick could last for half day and I have to re-touch it usually after lunch. Same with my face powder foundation. I use the true match two way powder foundation from L'oreal and lipstick from maybeline. I also like using max factor but I like Loreal much better.

Except for my lipstick, my make-up usually lasts for the whole day. I normally put on lipstick several times a day because, no matter what brand I use, they still fade. I use revlon liquid foundation and I haven't had any problems with it.

Oh I've always had problems with foundations, so the best I do is to avoid using them. My lipstick lasts for 2 hours, my eye shadow and eye-liners lasts for the whole day, my face illuminiser too can last for the whole day.

Yea had that problem before, my friend told me to put loose powder on the lips before applying lipstick so that the lipstick will stick to it. Guess she was right my lipstick stays longer than the usual =D

I use mineral makeup by everyday minerals and it stays on nicely for the whole day. Doesn't cake up or run or anything. I also use Nicole Miller lip color and mascara - and while I do need to replenish the lipcolor after a couple of hours, the mascara is just fine. I used to use all the store brands for makeup but they all caused my skin to break out, so I switched to natural mineral makeup and my skin is so much healthier for it. The added plus is that the makeup itself is such a far better quality that it lasts all day and gives great coverage while also providing a natural protection from the harmful rays of the sun. Can't beat that!

That usually happens if you are wearing a brand or type of make-up not suitable for your location or your skin type. Some people would buy make-up because it looks good on other people and even buy brands abroad since it would feel 'better' because it care from other countries. But you know what, each country has different weather conditions and most of the brands that are made there are made for their type of skin and their weather conditions. Tropical countries have to have their own kind of make-up because there is a tendency of having very humid weather. On the other hand, cold weathered countries have oil-based type of make-up to moisturize their faces during the cold weathers. If you use or interchange these products with the different countries you would have a disastrous effect. Sample, if you use cold-weather country make-up on a tropical country. It would melt and look weird. This is what happened to you make-up, the humidity of the place may have caused it to melt thus after a few minutes, your make up doesn't look too well. Or maybe, you used expired make-up. Or simply maybe, you wore make-up when you are not supposed to, like going to the gym, why would you wear make-up when in fact you're sure that you'd sweat it off. How to fix it? Choose the right type of make-up or ask a professional make-up artist to see what type of make-up is good for you. As for the lipstick it depends on the persons habits. If you bite your lips all the time then you'll lose your lipstick instantly, with these types of people, you should use the more lasting ones. As for me, I don't need to retouch lipstick, I don't really know, but whenever I wear lipstick, I can't take it off easily. I mean, even if I brush my teeth or wash my face, the color is still there. Maybe its a reaction of my lips. or simply maybe, I have red lips hahaha.. Plus whenever I put make-up on, the longer it is there, the better it actually looks.

I don't wear make-up, so it not really an issue. When I do, I find that it does not last all that long, so I need to keep applying it all the time. Perhaps there are some long lasting ones, but I don't wear it often enough to do it.
