With Father's Day fast approaching I have been trying to find the best Father's Day present for our daughter's to give to their father. Most of you know that I am a full time eBay seller and have been selling tickets for someone for the past few months on there. A month ago I was asking him if he knew how much tickets would cost for Father's Day and never heard back from him so last night my boyfriend went and bought nose bleed tickets so that we could go there on Father's Day, even though thes tickets were supposed to be from his daugthers. Today via Federal Express I received 4 Field Box tickets, 3 row for Father's Day, tickets are priced out at $47 each. I was so shocked but when I wrote to my ticket guy he said it was his pleasure for all the work I did for him. Isnt' that the nice piece of kindness you have ever heard of it?? Anyone else have any acts of kindness like this??

That was such a sweet thing for him to do. I hope that you and your family have a really great time on Father's Day. It is nice when we run into people in our business life that surprise us with their niceness.

My daughter & son usually forget Fathers day. I can not recall the last time either bought me something or did something special for me on Fathers day. Oh well. My father is too old but I do plan on fixing him a nice salty meal. He hasn't had one in ages due to the low sodium diet he has been placed on. he loves Salsbury Steak with gravy, mashed taters, and butter beans, with huge bisquits also. So he will be getting that from me as he won't get up to go out. HAHAHA!!! HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

WOW! that was very nice. Those unexpected gifts are the best. That is indeed spectacular. I cant top that, nor can I remember when we've had anything that nice in a while. My stepdaughter paid for lunch a couple of times. My own children, well I did get a knitted Mother's Day gift for the first time in years from my eldest. Now if I can just figure out what it is,lol. Hope the game is good.

Wow! It was so kind of your ticket guy. Such an angel. I have my act of kindness yesterday. I'm taking up my second course after seven years since my last graduation. And I'm taking it in a new university, so not in my former Alma matter. So everything is quite new to me. And the age difference, yes, not that huge, but definitely there is a difference. Most of my classmates are 16-17 and I'm 27..LOL.. Well, I wasn't able to attend my first day of classes last wenesday, because my daughter had a high fever since monday night to wenesday morning. So when finally I got to school thursday. On my way there, I was praying to meet at least one of my classmate of that wednesday subject, which was quite impossible because I'm an irregular student, a second courser. I don't have a fix block section and it was only a one subject schedule yesterday. But, prayers are answered, thank God. It so happened that the girl I sat next to at my class that thursday, was also my classmate yesterday. We only noticed we were classmate yesterday, because we compared registration card and schedules. I was so happy. I cope up with what they did. And then she even asked me if I wanted to use her refund of a part of her tuition, which won't be refundable as cash, to buy my manuals. And I'll pay her whenever I can. She was so kind and so helpful. To think that she trusted me at once. I was so speechless. She was really a divine coincidence, providence. I called her my angel. Because if not for her I won't have my manuals yet and be late for discussions. And she also explained to me the vicinity of the campus..and a lot of other things. I fell so bless. You just never know when acts of kindness would be showered upon you. It feels so great. By the way, Happy Father's day in advance to your boyfriend! More blessings Texasclassygal! (^^,)
