noisy breather

When my daughter was born six months ago her breath is very loud, you can really hear it the distance, i really thought that it will just gone for like when she turn for like three months but she still a noisy breather until now...does anyone knows whats makes them like that or it's just a normal sort of thing?

yes, you might want to get that checked out later... i have the same issues (my nose is perma stuffy...i cant smell things, i snore etc... when i went to my sleep disorder/breathing (not asthma...i have that too!!) dr, we took our youngest daughter with (she was younger) and he said oh, we really need to get her checked...then i asked a cousin whos a doc, he said dont worry about it... but that is something that she needs to be aware of as she ages...i dont know if a clogged nose is heriditary or not... in your daughters case, it might be adnoids, the middle cartlege (i have had that scrapped n straightened) and last year i got turbinites removed, yet my nose is still always stuffy, constantly blowing my nose, etc... keep an eye on it and get it checked

Thanks for the information i hope it's won;t be like that though. i'll keep an eye on it it's just kind of normal breath but it's very loud that even she sleeps you can still hears it. ;)
