Cougars vs. Kittens?

Recently I saw a commercial for ABC's new reality show, Age of Love. In the commercial, they said that it would be the battle of Cougars vs. Kittens, meaning older versus younger women.
Honestly, I think it's ridiculous!
Do you think it's fair to refer to an older woman (40's and up) as a cougar? Aren't we beyond labels, yet.
And, what about referring to young women as kittens? How demeaning! Who does that anyway. I've never heard a young woman referred to as a kitten in real life.
Just another way to pit women against each other.

Coming from one "Cougar" I think it's very demeaning although a lot of people are going to love having the "younger" women called kittens. I never did like reality shows and this is just another one for me not to watch.
