For Paypal, you just put in the other users email address to send them money as you would to send anyone money. I am not familiar with the other systems you have listed, but I would assume they work the same way. From what I understand (someone correct me if I am wrong) they online pay systems like PayPal, egold etc are deliberately set up so that you can't transfer money between different pay systems.
