hi fellow mylotters, i just want to ask my co-pinoy here if you already have a moneybookers account, i mean, we all recieve an alert from mylot stating that e-gold will now be banned here so in order to recieve our payment we must sign for a moneybooker. i just want to know if you already have an account and if you know how to use that. in case mylot send our payment there, how can we send it to our account? does PGX also accept moneybooker? if not where can we exchange our money?

I actually use a Paypal account which is registered to another country ( I had mine in Singapore). Basically to hold the "e-money" till paypal philippines is ok.

No I don't have an account yet with moneybookers. In fact I still have not opted for any form of payment in mylot. At first because I am not familiar with how they work and also because I still don't have that much earning. But I believe mylot would not have chosen moneybookers as an alternative to e-gold if it is not credible.

well i think moneybooker is credible but the problem is the swift code which they need in order to verify your bank. i cant find the swift code of my bank.

what is your bank? You can easily call your bank to ask their swift code. by that why your problem will be solved. and another one is if your bank dont have a swift code, its really easily to open a bank account with the bank who has a swift code. am i right?

Yeah, i have signed up an account with moneybookers as mylot as instructed the same way. I've been paid twice using my e-gold and so, this third one would possibly be on moneybookers. Well, it could be that i would miss e-gold as well as our local e-gold exchanger here in Philippines. But then, i know and i understand mylot for this situation, and of course it is still for our safety, so we must comply with it.

yeah, just a while ago, I was kinda apprehensive at first but I though mylot will not suggest it if it's not credible. I also learned that a fellow filipino mylotter got his payment from moneybookers already from his local bank.

I use paypal to get my payment from mylot now. but it is hard to withdraw the money to my bank account, paypal don't allow us pick our money to our bank account in China. when I know moneybookers can accept as a payment method in mylot, I think I will try to sign up a moneybooker account. but now I don't sign up as I could not earn too much money on mylot now. I am a little tired to post, so I think I will sign up an moneybook account later. Meanwhile, you can ask your swift no. from your bank. And I think you have to get an bank account can accept USD, otherwise, you might don't have it. hope it is helpful for you.

Hi there, count me in! I didn't signed-up yet. I wanted to visit the site this week.. To be honest, I don't know the process in moneybookers, so I will visit their site, I hope this will work out well, though I am new and still working for my first pay-out, I feel anxious about it as well.

hello djmarion, I already got a moneybookers account. It is easy to create one. You do not need the PGX to encash your earnings. In moneybookers you can add your bank account here in the Philippines,it should be a bank account to your name. You can transfer your earnings directly to your bank account for free, unlike in e-gold which you have to pay for a service fee to PGX. There is a step by step instruction on moneybookers that is easy to follow. The SWIFT number of your bank account is found in the FAQ section in your bank's website. Mine was landbank, manila branch is the only one with SWIFT id but it works for any branch. I hope you make a moneybookers account soon and verify your adress so that moneybookers can send you a post mail with your security code. I think you need that for future transactions.

i have already singed up and im waiting for the mail they will sned in my home to verify my address...actually i trust moneybrookers because they have to verify lots of things about your true identity which in turn is just one way to prevent illegal transfers of money and money laundering which is why e-gold is so prone of such illegal activities because of easy transfer and in e-gold you can even have multiple accounts....i sure do hope moneybrookers will be a good thing for us especially Filipinos.

Yes. I have made my moneybookers account since it was asked by mylot for payout. It took me two days for my registration since I can't find my swift code. I emailed my bank and luckily they replied and gave me swift code that I can use for my transaction. I have never paid by mylot but I do believe I will receive my payments since all in here are saying that they were paid.

Hi djmarion! Ohhh yeah, I've just signed up for a moneybooker account I guess last week. I've read the alert sent by MyLot regarding e-gold and it's new payment option. We're required to do this because paypal is not available in our country to receive payments. You'll just need a bank account or a credit card account. This is where you will directly transfer your earning sent by MyLot thru our Moneybookers to your bank account or credit card account. It's just easy unlike with e-gold. You don't have to look for a site where you have to sell it. Hope this helps. Goodluck!

I just signed up and registered with moneybookers. I also saved as the important pages of moneybookers and trying to understand the rules regulations etc. Frequent Asked Question is one of the best source to understand all about the site in question. You could follow the way I adopted and open your account as per alert and advoice of mylot. You used a term PGX in your discussion. What is PGX? I want to learn about this term. Would you me please.

i signed up for a moneybookers account the very day i received the alert from myLot admin. i love e-gold for sure but we have to respect our admin's stand on this. anyway, i went around the moneybookers site and tried to be familiar with the features. you can actually send an amount from your moneybookers account to your bank account. you just need to fill out some form. no need to go trough PGX since PGX is for e-gold services. but i am not still very familiar with everything so, i need to study some more about it. i don't feel much at home with moneybookers yet. i have emailed them about some queeries days ago. and up to now, they haven't responded to it. i just hope will be back. i am more familiar with it than this one... anne

I have already signed up with moneybookers. What is needed there is the swift code of the bank where we have account. When mylot sends our earnings to moneybookers, of course we should request moneybookers to send the amount to our bank account of course with the corresponding fees.
