Smell of earth in monsoon

Don't you love the smell of the earth after the first rain, well I enjoyed it today. We really are lucky to have such regular seasons. What other smells remind you of India.

when u talk of smells, only india is proud to have so many good and bad smells. other than the earthy smell when few drops of rain water falls on it, i like the smells in villages. a combinations of earth, cowdung and dry grass.i also like the smells coming fromthe nearby ktichens
