sweet isn't??? the video is very touching, how the baby sister cut her hair, just for her big bro not to feel alone.. agree?

I thought that showed alot of character for the baby sister to actually cut her own hair in order to make her brother feel more comfortable.

That isn't an actual video, I don't believe. Just one of those things people on youtube did.
