how much does a flat cost in your city?does the housing price high in your city?

That is insane. That must be per year right? A square meter is not alot of space. My husband and I are in the process of buying a house that is a total of 800 sqaure feet (I don't know what that is in meters) with an acre of land for $60 000, but that is an especially good price for around here, most homes sell for around $100 000 in our area and a 2 bedroom apartment rents for about $550 a month plus utilities. I hear before that China was really cramped for space but from the sounds of it, it must be worse that I thought, because like I said a square meter is not alot of space.
