It's been a good day. I've gotten so much accomplished, not to mention the pics from my son's wedding. You all might get tired of hearing about that beautiful day, but I just can't stop smiling over it. My husband and I have hit some hard times lately, but my prayers and faith have me on top of the world. Wanted to share this with you from FFH: I can't find the words to pray, I'm a little down today, can you help me, can you hold me? I feel a million miles away, and I don't know what to say, can you hear me anyway. What I need is for you to reach out your hand, You have taught me, no matter what you'd understand. Lord, move in the way, that I've never seen before. There's a mountain in the way, and a lock on the door. I'm drifting away, waves are crashing on the shore. So Lord move, or move me. I've looked everywhere to find a simple peace of mind, I can't find nothin' on my own. So I gotta leave myself behind, take off this cross of mine, give away everything I hold onto. Lord I know the only way is through this. Lord I know I need you to help me do this. Lord move in the way that I've never seen before, there's a mountain in the way and a lock on the door. I'm drifting away, waves are crashing on the shore. So Lord move, or move me . . . Out of this place of complacency, to a place of fellowship with thee. I am weak, but Lord you are so strong, and you know it's been way too long. That song is so very close to my heart, sometimes I have trouble praying, not wanting to be selfish but yet then I forget to pray for myself sometimes too. But God knows exactly what I need, and even though I might pray for what I think I need, he knows better. My faith and trust in God is really ALL I need. Thanks for listening myLot friends!
