I'm not sure, I think it starts at 10$ it's one of the questions when you register.

November 16th is the payout day and whatever you earn before october 31st is what you get in november.

yea a minimum of 10 dollars which isn't hard to get past i got past 10 dollars in 4 days and will have probably over 17 dollars by the 31st for my payout on november.

They paid me..
They pay the 15th of every month
Once you have at least $10.00
you get the paymen sent to your paypal account.

yes they do pay when you have atleast $10, and on 15 th of the month , but i am yet to get , it is still a ray of hope.
