Which rapper is better T.I. or Lil Wayne aka Weezy?

Wow, that is a hard one to choose. I'm from the boot and Lil' Wayne is from the boot so I would choose Lil' Wayne. When he was with the cash money group they use to make music that you could bounce to. But I like T.I. too, he makes good music, and he is fine. But really I can't say which one is better, I think it is a tie.
