What would you say, instead?

I say "Shoot" a lot.. but it's not that bad for me because I'm not the type that swears at all.

Personally, I don't use swear words no matter who is around. If I stub my toe or something I usually just "Ouch!" If it's for some other reason that someone might say a swear word (like when you drop something), I usually just say "Oh man!" My husband uses swear words at work, but isn't allowed to at home. He does use fudge, shoot, and darn to communicate his point. Occasionally he will slip and say a worse word, but for the most part he is pretty good at not using swear words. I wish he didn't even use the words he does, because they aren't something I really want my son to pick up. So far the only thing I've heard my son say was "Oh man!" when he drops his sippy cup, though.

'Jeepers Creepers' is one that gets used a lot around here, I use to say 'Jesus' quite a bit and since my son was born I have used the 'Jeepers Creepers' instead. Anther on I use to say was 'Oh my God', but now it is 'Oh my Gosh', sometimes if an F comes to my lips it comes out as 'Fffffar out'. My son says Jeepers Creepers now too,he is only four and it is quite comical at times,he says it with such enthusiasim!

Hi beautyqueen! im not using any bad word at all, even if i am mad or angry i can control myself, but for my son when he is so naughty enough and cant stay in one place when we're out, i try to stare at him and shows him that i am not happy of what he is doin, and if he keep that way i am going to send him to the guard, that way help him behave.

sometimes it's good to talk or share something without kids around to have a good conversation. It's really hard i imagine how it looks like...hehehhe

I like to say crap but my usual is probibly frick a doodle. I know it sounds funny but it helps and besides it makes people around laugh.
