What would you consider a mid life crisis?

My husband and I were talking about this because not that we are getting to be mid life quite yet but talking about upgrading things and making things better. A new car, etc.

I'm not sure what I would consider a mid-life crisis, but I do know that I personally go through spurts of wanting to change and fix things. My current thing is wanting to get the house all fixed up and painted. I have some other things too that I'm trying to fix in my life, but I dont think i can talk about those here. LOL!
