Keeping Kids Hydrated

Relative to adults, kids are often at greater risk of becoming dehydrated, in part because they’re less effective at perspiring and also because their bodies can produce more heat during exercise. Kids need parents and other adult care givers to help them stay hydrated. Can you tell me some tips to keep children hydrated?

Maybe the person who called you madam is british or something. It's just a work for respect. It's like saying "mam". I think you should try and give you kids that new flavored water that a lot of companies make these days (not the carbonated type though). I think Dasani makes lemon flavor and all other flavors. Something that has a little taste to it without the fake sugar and carbonation would be a good idea. Make sure they drink before going to run outside. You can make it a little game. Like tell them we will put little stickers on the wall everyday a child drinks a small glass of water up to a certain amount.
