how do you keep watch on your children when
you a working mother and you work in the hospital a everyday from monday until saturday 9:00 am to 11:00 in the avening

Well, get somebody to after your kids. I know you afford to pay coz you're working.
Someone you can trust, a relative, or inlaws.
