How often r u paid?

Maybe most of u r paid every month.Salary should be paid on time. And I am paid on time.But 3 times a year! They r respectively Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-autumn Day and Spring Festival of Chinese lunar month. Poor as I am , we would be kept at least a month's salary at boss's account. R u meeting the same issue? What do u think of such a kind of pay day?

Right. I am paid every month. But I don't think it is reasonable for your boss to keep one month of your salary in his account and give you salary three times only in a year. What is he doing that for? You have some idea?

The main reason is the company needs fund to turnover. A lot of companies r in such situations. They borrowed loan from bank and open a company. And they buy themselves cars.They built workshops. They pay salaries to employees. They make the company work. But as a matter of fact , if u'd calculate their financial account, it'll be hard to believe.
Another reason might be that if u'd leave the company , the kept one or two month salary would be hard to take.

Such being the case, you have the right to ask the boss to pay you the interest for keeping your salary when he pays you the salary. Just think about it--getting paid for three times only, it is also a big sum of interest rate with all of the salary counted. Your boss is very good at doing business by keeping your salary as a kind of free loan to him. What would you do if you were in his position as to the workers' salary?

Yes, I have the right to do that. But it is impossible for him to pay me interest. And from the next month on ,he says, we'll be paid monthly.But not the right month. This month's salary is paid next month. And another problem occers ,he did not pay me the whole salary because of the personal income tax. In the name of save tax for me ,to leave the amount above income tax line until the next year.

wow must be a really huge check for you, i am a kid and i only get paid through online suff, so about 100 bucks a month from different sites.

Since I work in a foreign company in China, our salary is paid once a month, of course at the end of the month.
But as I know, most foreign comapny is paid by week salary. And they have at least 14 days anual leaves one year.
What you worked maybe is a personal company, and I am sure like this is normal in construction production.
