adding card to paypal.

i am from india.
i have registered an account in pay pal.
but for free account only 100$ is the limit.
and when i was registering paypal account,they mentioned that we can add Credit card or Debit card to save more than 100$........ did you add a card to paypal.....?
and i have heard that credit card numer should not give on internet.....doing so our credit card number will be miss used
but i am adding debit card is their any risk........?

Hello kkittu!
You can accumulate up to mentioned limit without adding a card their. But, you will not be able to withdraw your money without your account first verified, which means to add a card there. This is what I know and I may be wrong but they say like this. If not card, you must give bank details for withdrawal of money.
I am told that paypal is safe for money transactions. But it is important that you do not respond to any emails or access your account through email because there is a lot of spam related to paypal emails. You should always login to your paypal account directly from their site and not from a link in your email.

\i am adraid to submit my credit card because my friends sasys many site on internet are scasms they will will miss use our credit card or they can with draw our all credeits,
byt anby way response riserves + rating and i did.

paypal wont accept debit card.
u can get ur paypal a/c verified by a different method, its called a virtual credit card. u r given a virtual credit card no, which is just like a 13 digit credit card no, u put it in paypal, n paypal accept it n ur account gets verified immediately.
it cost $ 20 to buy one.
